  • We ship to all UK addresses only

  • Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days.

  • Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days from dispatch.

  • You will receive a notification as soon as your parcel is on its way.

  • Shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We’re confident you’ll love your order from Pretzel and Jam as much as we love creating and sending it to you. However, if for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return your item(s) for a full refund or a free exchange, we’ve made it super simple.

YOUR 30-DAY “NO QUIBBLES” GUARANTEE

You can return or exchange any item (including sale items) within 30 days of delivery, – even if you’ve simply changed your mind, the little one has grown, or you ordered two sizes to try. Full-price and sale items are treated exactly the same.

WHAT YOU CAN DO WITHIN 30 DAYS

  • Full refund to your original payment method (including the original standard delivery cost)

  • Or a free size/colour exchange (we pay postage to send the new one if it’s the same or lower price)

WHAT’S NOT COVERED

  • Personalised or monogrammed items

  • Items that have been washed or show signs of wear beyond a normal try-on at home

HOW TO RETURN

BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEMS PLEASE ENSURE THE FOLLOWING

  • Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags attached.

  • They must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

IMPORTANT RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  • Please package your return carefully to avoid damage.

  • Use a tracked postal service and retain proof of postage – Pretzel and Jam is not responsible for returned items that don’t reach us.

  • You are responsible for return postage costs if you’ve simply changed your mind.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

  • We cover return postage completely if the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong thing.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We will replace or fully refund any item that arrives faulty or damaged. Just send us a couple of photos and we’ll sort free return postage immediately.

GIFT RETURNS

Items bought as gifts can be exchanged or returned for a gift voucher – just give us the order number.

REFUNDS

Once your return arrives and is approved, refunds will be processed via your original method of payment within 1–3 working days. The money usually appears back in your account within 3–5 working days after that.
